BIG’s bold proposal for 120 Fleet Street set out to do more than deliver new workspace – it aimed to spark the street’s wider revival. By wrapping a contemporary office tower around the iconic Daily Express Building, the vision celebrated its heritage while opening up the future, with a new public arcade at its heart.
We crafted CGIs that captured the elegance and intent of the design. Perspectives that highlighted the slender design and stepped terraces immersed in greenery, as well as the reflection of the Art Deco lines of the original building.
Our visuals helped secure planning, paving the way for Fleet Street’s next chapter. And with £9m in public realm investment since signed off, this landmark project is fast becoming the catalyst for a brighter, greener, people-first future.
