
Greenwich Peninsula, one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects, needed a bold new vision to cut through 16 years of reconfigured plans. Knight Dragon’s goal was clear: attract the creative industries and turn a complex development into a place people could believe in — long before it was built.
Taking inspiration from the idea of ‘the future unfolding’, we initially created Paper Peninsula — a playful, immersive world that transformed complex plans into something people could explore, feel and fall in love with. Our subsequent film became a key asset at an international press event with the Mayor of London and supported further sales and rental campaigns.
Together they effectively communicated the vision. Paper Peninsula became a multi-award-winning asset — shifting perceptions, inspiring belief and bringing a 20-year vision vividly to life. 84% of the international press coverage received was credited to the campaign which also led to impressive apartment sales.
