Using our interactive presentation platform, Amplify™, we combined every asset – from floorplans to atmospheric CGIs and film – with interactive storytelling in one central hub. Designed to evolve with the project, it gives Landsec total control over how Bankside’s story is told at any given time.
Amplify brought the Bankside portfolio to life, helping leasing teams communicate the story of place, connectivity and scale with clarity and confidence. It quickly became a core part of the leasing workflow and played a meaningful role in securing major occupiers, including bp's 192,000 sq ft lease at Timber Square.
