Situated within the historic Mina Zayed area of Abu Dhabi, MiZa is an emergent innovation-led neighbourhood. As Phase 1 launched, the ambition was to move away from perceptions of a creative arts hub and generate awareness of the emerging MiZa area to attract future-focused talent.
We built a cohesive visual world spanning film, CGIs and an interactive 3D map. A dynamic film blends motion graphics and animated CG content through a moving canvas, with a soundtrack produced by a resident DJ. CGIs bring the vision to life while the emergent neighbourhood evolves – showing innovation in action and community in motion – while the 3D map lets visitors and future tenants explore MiZa from any angle.
Showcased at a major regional event, our work sparked fresh interest, reignited local pride and made the case for MiZa’s future – driving new conversations and bringing clarity, energy and belief to the brand’s next chapter.
