Ambition

Liverpool Film Office had big plans: to position the Liverpool City Region as one of the world’s go-to film destinations. With two purpose-built stages forming The Depot, they needed an identity that would sell more than square footage – it had to sell a vision. And one that showed Liverpool wasn’t just film-friendly, but future-ready.

Approach

We put the two studios centre stage – visually, verbally and strategically. From identity to brochures to launch film, every detail captured The Depot’s creative energy and bold ambition. Taking cues from its roots as a former bus depot, the design blended civic pride with cinematic scale.

Impact

Since launch, The Depot has been booked out by global studios including Netflix, Disney and Paramount+. It’s predicted to generate £24m for the regional economy, creating hundreds of jobs and helping Liverpool secure its spot as a 24/7 film city.
