

Montage Ras El Hekma introduced Modon into the Egyptian market – a launch designed to make an immediate statement within one of the region’s most ambitious new coastal destinations. Positioned within the wider Ras El Hekma masterplan, the development introduced 96 private branded villas centred around ultra-luxury resort hospitality and indoor-outdoor living. Through a cinematic launch film and a suite of high-end CGIs, the ambition was to capture a lifestyle shaped by the harmony between the ease of Mediterranean living and a landscape defined by light, nature and the horizon.
Working closely with Modon throughout an intensive launch period, the focus was on creating a seamless visual language across film and CGI that aligned with the wider campaign ecosystem. Subtle organic movement – from flowing curtains and rippling water to swaying lavender and pages turning in the breeze – reinforced the feeling of indoor-outdoor living, while framing continually drew attention towards the horizon, sea and surrounding landscape. Foreground characters were intentionally kept to a minimum, allowing viewers to more easily place themselves within the villas and lifestyle being presented.
The launch film and CGIs helped Modon establish a confident and ambitious presence within the Egyptian market, creating a strong sense of cohesion across the wider launch campaign. Together, the assets helped communicate the scale, atmosphere and lifestyle vision behind Montage Ras El Hekma, successfully introducing Modon into a major new market with clarity and impact.
