With LE900 billion invested, Marassi Red Sea is set to transform the region with a unique masterplan that combines hospitality, leisure, retail and community on an unprecedented scale, enhancing the country’s economic and tourism growth potential.
To match the ambition, we crafted a full CG launch film. Using dynamic, drone-style cameras, the film explores every feature of the development — from swimmable lagoons and floating cabins to a marina, hotels, and over 500 waterfront shops and restaurants. The sweeping visual narrative captures both the detail and the drama of the Red Sea’s newest destination.
Our film launched the $18.5B project to global audiences, driving social campaigns and activations that positions Marassi Red Sea as the boldest new address in Egypt — a catalyst for tourism, lifestyle and infrastructure growth.
