Knight Dragon | Greenwich Peninsula

Design. Digital. Campaign. Content

Greenwich Peninsula’s original plans by architect Terry Farrell had been reconfigured several times over the 16-year planning stage. As one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe, developers Knight Dragon wanted to dispel any potential confusion and present a refreshed, unified vision for the project.

Our brief? To create an ‘ambitious and brave new concept for attracting the creative industries to the peninsula.’

Taking inspiration from the idea of ‘the future unfolding’, we created an engaging multi-platform, interactive and paper-like world including 360-degree imagery and film.

With the ability to explore online and through an app in the developer’s marketing suite, users can gain clarity on the plans for the new homes, shops, hotels, schools and public facilities across the full 150 acre site.

As a destination where creativity and design runs through everything, Greenwich Peninsula’s Paper World has brought a fresh, fun approach to property marketing.

The multi-award winning 3D world also existed as a VR experience, cinema sized game and physical model. It’s a single asset which not only fires the imagination of every customer group, but offers them a way to fall in love with a development that will be 20 years in the making.

“Our brief was to build us a 3D world showing a fantastical future Peninsula: a crafted interactive experience that is extraordinary, artistic and fun. The 3D interactive ‘Paper Peninsula’ really captures the sense of this new place – it’s an extraordinary piece of work.”

Kerri Sibson, Sales and Marketing Director for Greenwich Peninsula
