Envisioning the workplace of the future the demonstrates brand values

Three landmark buildings on the water's edge at the gateway to Canada Water. This is the workplace of the future. Surprisingly central, and yet surrounded by acres of parks, woodland and waterways – everything at Dockside is designed to support health, wellbeing and connection.

Head of Development Luka Vukotic explains: “The occupier market is becoming increasingly sophisticated. People are spending a lot more time trying to understand the buildings that they are occupying, and there is a really important reason for it. Historically, buildings were there to demonstrate the financial value – what the business was worth. Today, buildings are starting to demonstrate the values of businesses, and there’s a big difference between the value of a business and the values of a business.”

Working closely with BIG and HWKN, our suite of CGIs helped bring these values to life, helping secure planning and creating a suite of content to be used from public consultation, through planning, to early stakeholder engagement. Alongside CGIs, we also created a short film, specifically to engage at public consultation, showcasing the end user benefits the scheme will deliver.
